Since 2005, the non-profit organization Brussels Art Square (BAS) has been organizing a cultural event bringing together the art galleries of Sablon, in Brussels. An essential and emblematic district, the Sablon is considered an epicenter of the art market in Europe. In September, for 4 days, the participating galleries open their doors, allowing a prestigious clientele to discover exceptional works of art. The exhibits cover 4000 years of international art history. Visitors can, thus, each year, appreciate a wide variety of works: ranging from paintings, sculptures, furniture and jewelry to Archeology and Contemporary Art.
